I have already been on two anti-tnf's, but when I was on the second one I had an infection that put me in hospital for six weeks over the summer last year. The doctor said, although the anti tnf did not cause the infection itself it was a major reason it took so long to recover, I was taking antibiotis for about fifteen weeks, so it was decided I would have to stay off them. The infection got into my knee replacement and the doctors said it would have to come out .... but in the end it stayed, although my knee is not half as good now

But onwards and upwards, bring on the next treatment
